Shipping & Handling
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- We process orders Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding major U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Shipping Time & Cost
- Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Cost: $X.XX + $X.XX per additional item.
- Expedited shipping is currently not available.
We do not deliver to U.S. Military bases at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
⏳ Tracking Updates: Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package as it moves through different facilities. If no immediate tracking information is available, it means the package has not been scanned yet.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender”
- Undeliverable by the carrier
We will notify you via email. Once the package is returned to us, our returns team will process a refund for the subtotal of your order.
⚠ Important:
- A refund will only be issued once the package arrives back at our facility.
- Refunds may take 2-8 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Please double-check your address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.
- If you contact the shipping carrier after your order has been shipped and request them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms that your package was lost in transit, we will:
✅ Replace and reship the order at no cost to you OR
✅ Issue a full refund

Returns & Refunds
Processing Time
- Returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item.
- We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, please email cs@42oent.com with:

✅ A photo or video of the product issue
✅ Your complete delivery address
✅ Your contact phone number
We will review your case and provide a replacement or full refund as needed.
Missing Items
- Some items may ship separately.
- If part of your order is missing, please contact us at cs@42oent.com, and we will help track it down.
Refund Policy
- A full refund will be issued for defective products.
- For non-defective returns, refunds exclude shipping and handling fees.
